Mindful Movement Meditations

Realign your Mind and Body with a morning of Mindful Movements and Meditation. Dominic will guide you through a series of breath exercises, postural stretches and gentle movements all with a guided meditation to start your Saturday by releasing tension, calming the mind and recalibrating your senses. This class is suitable for all abilities and each stretch can be adapted for each person with chair and floor work available as well. The stretches are held in a way to remind your muscles how they should be aligning and moving, bringing harmony back to your physical body whilst the gentle guided meditation and breath work will balance your mind, bringing calm and clarity to all aspects of self. From 11:00 – 12:00 Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle with you After the class, Wishes and Aquarius are open if you wish to add some crystals, coffee or lunch to your day.
