This Gong Bath held in our meditation temple room will take you on a journey of discovery through the new and fresh realms of Spring and the seasonal shift of Ostara.
Lay back and relax as the harmony of sacred sound washes over you for an hour of divine bliss. Enjoy the sounds of Gongs, Drums, Koshi Bells, Singing Bowls and Guided Meditation for a one of a kind experience that will make you feel like you have had a full night’s sleep.

Please bring blankets and a pillow, bean bags and chairs are provided.
Optional Ostara Wellbeing Class held at Wishes from 11:00 – 13:00.
